Returns/exchange policy

When you place an order for a Boomerang Leavers Hoodie or Yearbook, you are asking us to produce a bespoke item.

This will be printed especially for you with the schools/organisation requested design and so we are not able to accept any returns due to change of mind over colour or size.

Order delivery details

Once your shop has closed the Hoodies /Yearbooks will be printed and delivered to an arranged date by the school/organisation

Your Hoodie/Yearbook will be delivered to your School/organisation to be handed out unless otherwise arranged for a home delivery.

Boomerang Ed will not accept any responsibility or liability for products lost or damaged after they have been delivered to the school/organisation

Hoodie Artwork confirmation

Your back print/ front embroidery designs will be based on the artwork and names provided to us by the person organising the order.

No responsibility can be held by Boomerang if we are supplied by the organiser with the incorrect details

Nicknames will be taken from the on-line shop order form if this information is supplied incorrectly Boomerang hold no responsibility

Yearbook Artwork confirmation

Your Yearbook designs will be based on the artwork and names provided to us by the person organising the order.

No responsibility can be held by Boomerang if we are supplied by the organiser with the incorrect details

Hoodie Print colour

Unless otherwise specified, ALL garments will be printed with WHITE ink

Hoodie Size Guide:

Garment sizes are a guide only all our hoodies are a unisex fit with approximate sizes shown in the chart on the images of the shop.

Boomerang can hold no responsibility if the incorrect size is chosen

Garments are provided with wash-care instructions.

Boomerang Ed is not responsible for any damage, shrinking or loss of colour where the wash-care instructions have not been followed.

Cancellations:

Boomerang can only accept a cancellation of an order if the item has not gone to print and the request must be sent in writing

Any orders cancelled once artwork sign-off has been submitted to Boomerang Ed after production has commenced will forfeit 100% cost of their order
